The bottom line is, by now someone would have caught on if it was a good investment in LOK/UBS and we would have seen massive volumes and much higher stock price. It simply didn't happen. The institions must know better.

How could shareholders throw in their votes that wouldn't support the highest bidder. That's what we invest for ....to make money not a career as the present BOD. Shareholders would have no say to accept or reject...it's up to the present BOD.
