Re: Proxy advosory firm discussion: In the LOOK Circular P.13 (bottom), it states that UBS only has 41.5% of votes to be cast for this meeting. It makes sense that LOOK would try to rally as many votes as it can to ensure they can proceed with the sale since it requires 2/3 majority. Using a proxy advisory firm is just helping to create some "news buzz" for the sale and prompt more "FOR" votes. I would also expect to continue seeing regular news releases going forward, which started Dec 1. That is something we aren't used to. (JMHO)

PS: Noticed yesterday that LOOK and UBS have their 5-star ratings back again on Globeinvestor. Haven't checked that in a while, so that may be old news.
