Pretty strange in my mind why lok seems to command a premium over lok.a especially now. Personally I have always tended to buy ubs and lok.a because of the price difference in lok vs lok.a and to have exposure to both companies.
At this point the acquisition of lok has no advantage since any selling of the company will be at the same price and the buying now does not entitle a person to voting rights for the January meeting in any case. Not sure it would make a lot of difference given UBS strangle hold on the company in any case. After all, our votes probably don't mean anything except for a lawsuit for breach of fiduciary responsibility as the basis for unifying the fragmented minority shareholders.
On another note .... its amazing what happens during a vacation period on the other board ... so few postings and a complete lack of posts from some typically very prolific posters. I understand for some it is hard not to get drawn into defending against the obvious FUD, but it does surprise me that a site/board dedicated to the principles of no bashing or pumping doesn't attract more participants ... who knows maybe it is indicative of just how much better the agoracom site is .... as a general rule the other board seems to have 3-5 times more posting ... maybe it also speaks to how few legit posters really do post.
