As you are all probably aware I abhor censorship however when the site was first established I stood up to ensure that the site could not be dominated by the likes of an SB2. Also given the past history on the other board I immediately advised SB2, Baba and Trader as well as Inda their posts were not welcome.
In recent times, I have continued to watch the other board doin the logical thing which was skipping SB2 other than for the odd comedy routine and skipping Baba and Trader.
Inda I always watched carefully since he was excellent at posting 1/2 or more truths and adding twists and innnuedo to suit the viewpoint he represents. He'd then rationalize himself using some of those twists and inneuendos as fact.
He was caught red-handed and exposed and disappeared for some time. When he returned he began talking about a pop ... and increased his certainty even suggesting on 12/3/2008 9:34:06 AM on the other board,
Kinda makes the jaw drop..
They simply have the best block for sale in Canada...
Not a bad PP Presentation.. some anotation pointing out the differnce in amount of spectrum available in the most populated areas might have been a little beneficial.. but I'm sure analysts will know that.
If they committ to a cash out the stock would likely triple today.. I'd get my "pop" and ......

So he establised in his mind a triple is good and thats what he is after despite recognizing quite simply LOOK has the best spectrum.
Now must of posting here are adults, most of know that bad management can cause losses and result in not realizing the value you should.
IMO the move to have a court supervised sales of our asset was great idea to allow a buyer to have the confidence to make a deal ... put a legitimate offer on the table and have it accepted without risk. Given the bad blood between our managment and some of the potential companies with a large interest in spectrum this really does make a lot of sense.
We also all have seen enough M&A activity over time to know these things come in various shapes and forms.
A marked change in tone by Inda followed in which he became insulting to some posters, I have thought have been excellent contributors, and again was publishing FUD on no factual basis (yes potential is there). Also appeared to be claiming a form of superioity over others ... a higher level of objectivity ... which we might have if we got out of the stock for awhile ...ROFLMAO.
Also he appeared to take credit for certain comments of the past which he claimed to come true, but my recollection of the past was that he comtinually harped on that the company could never recognize its value when its leadership was so questionable. Even with incredible assets investing in this company didn't make sense.
I remain loathe to censor comments ... I have no problem being wrong on fact, being corrected etc ... I must say I have been hanging my hat on the spectrum ... watching how they managed their cash position and reviewing court documents for external risks. I also liked the use of some highly reputable companies in trying to maximize shareholders ... details are too much of a bother for me beyond that.
As I indicated ... I will not tolerate Inda attempting to turn this board into a kangaroo court, nor will I allow him to represent opinion as facts, or misrepresent facts. I will not acknowledge any comments he makes to me since I have no use for conversing with him whatsoever, I clearly lack any respect for him and will not degrade myself in conversing with him.
I will continue to allow him to post facts, express opinions on facts (as long as they are not twisted be them positive or negative). Should his presence here become disruptive I will ban him from posting here.
I apolgize to any contributor who feels that is excessively harsh, but that is what makes agoracom what I consider to be a superior site from the others ... less spam, profanity and fud.
