I really like what I see and I am pleased soon what ever is going to happen is likely to be over. As this thing unfolds there is either 1 of 2 things that can occur. We all make the money we expect or more (my expectation) or the voice of reason all along has been sb2.

Why is one or the other?

The first outcome is obvious, the second as I contemplate upon is based upon UBS/LOK doing everything right ... whether it was Greenhill, the high powered legal firm we have or now the courts.

Apparently the reputations of our management team is either highly shady, or made to be highly shady by the unscrupulous large company mentality as epitomized by BCE. (my guess is 2). If our spectrum is consider to be without value after this process or, there are no acceptable offers to the negotiating team ...SB2 is right.

Somehow I can't see Greenhill etc as being involved and given their high quality reputations ... I can't see our management team spending the money to engage the best to pull a stunt.

I can see a peeved BCE doing everything imaginable to discredit the opponents (our management) ... if you need proof ...just look at the political process .... politics make strange bedfellows ... Harper when he was "working" with the Bloc or NDP was demonstrating compromise skills. When Dion (who I find quite detestable) did the same thing it is unconstitutional. Fortunately our future is not affected by the public opinion polls!

Based upon these two reasons for GH and MMB's particpation ... I think we are about to be vindicated.
