Why now?

Is it because the"three stooges"as snowtrac puts it have squashed any fo rule changes in the near future?

Do we have a deal(disregarding the"sealed bid"nonsence).

Is this a negotiating tactic or whats called forced communication?

If look sells and ubs continues ownership of their part...

Could look be bought outright for the most part by foreign owners? eg; 51% ubs?

Could ubs become dividend bearing based on the ownership of a new business;or the purchasing entity?

maybe just old fashioned greed ... with the overall market depressed, most of us cash starved and taking a beating .... once the pop occurs it will be t empting to say the least to stay the course .... if i were a manipulator ... I'd love to shake out a few more shares during the pop ... buy them and hold for teh real reward.... in fact ... i just might do that!
