jlately......you have enough on your plate to get drunk for a couple of days....lol..... I see it as a big pay day for the top exec. They won't make this money if they go to build a company at this point in time.

They can make a lumpsum and refocus to some new ideas. I would avoid thinking to hard because they have set some dates to follow. I only hope they have this meeting somewhere downtown. I won't under estimate the value of their asset, these guys know stuff.
