Yeah, it'll be pretty annoying if the wankers in the "halls of power" drag their feet on this -- for once it would be nice if they could just get their shit together. We who are invested here obviously have alterior motives (greed), but it's the Canadian public along with business which stands to greatly benefit also from profound innovation and choice / competition.
