Basically UBS/LOK is in intensive care.

-lawsuit may be determined over my lifespan, no money to even attempt to push for the matter to be resolved.

-LOK- spectrum seems to have no prospects and if we don't have the means to use it, we may just lose it.

I sincerely hope that I am wrong in my assumptions.
