Thx Johnny, I sent the following to Peter Block after seeing your post here.

Should be interesting to see what they have to say.

Orgy

Has Bell Canada complied with the court order and delivered its affadavit of documents as the below press release indicated? I would expect so or they would be held in contempt. If not has the court been advised? If so, is UBS continuing to vigourously purse the lawsuit?

Please advise. As moderator of the agoracom BB for UBS, I will be posting your response or lack thereof, please advise as possible and/or provide me a timeline in which I can expect a response.

Unique Broadband Systems, Inc. announced that Look Communications Inc., its 51% controlled subsidiary, has been granted an Order from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice compelling Bell Canada to, amongst other things, deliver its Affidavit of Documents to Look by no later than October 1, 2008 (the deadline). Despite agreeing to a Court imposed timetable on August 13, 2007 to exchange an Affidavit of Documents with Look by November 16, 2007, Bell Canada has failed to adhere to its obligations before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice prompting the action initiated by Look.
