My concern is the expiry dates on the spectrum....if you don't use it you lose it or as time goes by the spectrum becomes less expensive. This money crunch in the US will sure help the big local telecoms because it's obvious foriegn companies and even local may put additional expense on hold.

Now if this is a fact what are our chances of us seeing the light. By the way ......what happened to the Captain, hope all is well with him.....Yes it hurts .... ;)
