Orgy, I know what you're saying and I don't disagree with you, however I don't think we'll ever see it in our lifetime because there's too much money being made by the practice and which unfortunately at the end of the day plays a huge part in all decision making or perhaps the term lobbying is more accurate. I think all we can hope for after all this turmoil is perhaps some more checks and balances and perhaps a central securites commision to oversee everthing.
