I believe if you don't own the stock you shouldn't be allowed to borrow someones else stock unknowing to the stock holder to sell. This will not take away the privileges of the bashers to continue to bash. The market has become a big game lately.

They can still continue to bash the stock if they want to get in lower or hope for the stock to fall on its own merit. As for UBS/LOK as much as some of us thinks there's an opportunity here no news will keep it in a depress mode.
