Can you identify if the consultant who was granted 1,000,000 shares was Greenhill? If not can you identify that the consultant who received the options was not an insider of the company?

Please advise.

Should be interesting to find out this info. If the consultant is an outsider they must view those options which are only worth something if the price rises above .44 worth more than the services rendered.
