I love when insiders takes compensation in the form of shares as opposed to cash .... they say a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush ... now if someone owed you 1/2 million dollars ... when you take options at .44 ... to get your money back ... the stock needs to go to .88 ... apply the two in the bush principle and the stock needs to be worth 1.32 to be the value of a bird in the hand.

That according to the saying makes the potential equal to cash ... so why take the bird in the bush if the potential is not much more than two in the bush.

easy answer ... the market's valuation of our company is wrong wrong wrong.

My advice is sell half at 2.50 another 25% at 5.00 and hold the reest til death .... lol
