"Look Communications Inc. has been granted an order from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice compelling Bell Canada to, among other things, deliver its affidavit of documents to Look by no later than Oct. 1, 2008. Despite agreeing to a court-imposed timetable on Aug. 13, 2007, to exchange an affidavit of documents with Look by Nov. 16, 2007"

I guess BCE was just too busy ensuring the shareholder maximization process of their own company to provide other companies the information to allow them to do the same for themselves ... amazing how fast they could get their briefs ready for the Supreme Court.

Maybe the paid bashers are being paid by BCE .... lol ... wouldn't that be ironic.
