I hear ya Famar ... I'd be lying to say I understand ... there I believe a number of factors to cause it.

1) the black past of the stock and the rise to $17.00 and subsequent fall to obsurity made more unpaptable by the shady activity of some still around! This is big and a great reason not to trust the company.

2) tightly held shares ... an investment house wants a significant chunk and ability to exert some influence to get in.... it is not easy to get a large chunk at these prices and even if you did you would have little to no influence.

3) limited knowledge of the value of spectrum ... how much is enough and its potential

4) the share price itself makes it appear to have little value

5) the lawsuits the hassles fighting with goliath.

possible reasons ... but if you see a company with at least 5x its market cap in liquid assets you don't bet the farm on it ... but where I come from you sure take a chance on it.
