Drop outs, lack of commitment to invest in a meaningful wimax, resistance to standards of the bigger countries will all be excellent reasons for the CRTC to have the proof necessary to show the interests of the Big 3 are not consistent with what is not just good for Canadians but a necessary infrastructure for the survival of a nation.

I do believe that Foreign ownership will be allowed which is managed and regulated by government ... and it will be understood to cause no risk and in fact not be a significant drain of dollars since over the long run ... little profit will be made by the network itself.

Time will tell .... and until many of the answers are in place ... we only hold an asset with potential value .... those answers will determine how valuable it will be in the short term.
