is to intelligently discuss the merits and risks to a given stock ... of course as the welcome suggests ... I believe a well managed board subscribes to the following ...

"Posts with name calling, lacking clarity or excessively verbose, will be deleted. Viewpoints pro or con always welcome"

I do not wish to curtail reasonable behaviour, on the other hand maintaining relevancy in the board is vital to its long term success and how meaningful the board will be.

We all know there are rogue posters out there and wolves in sheeps clothing.  Captain Kirk has consistently promoted the do your own DD with respect to BB info, he has also consistently challenged the jumping to conclusions and presenting them as facts. Although I do not know him personally ... to date he has given me no reason to doubt his character ...  We all have different sense of humour subject to misinterpretation ....  and no one needs me ato defend them in any way shape or form.

I would like to challenge the board to

1) remain relevant in that the discussion primarily focus around the pros and cons of the stock in which we all have some interest

2) we judge each other on the current and future contributions to this board ... bearing in mind the crap allowed on other boards in the past and perhaps now can not help but influence our attitudes towards one another.

3) Since I would assume we all have the agenda of investing for profit .... lets attempt to keep our behaviours ethical

4) If anyone has any concern about another poster, please PM to discuss that concern before casting any form of doubt on people who appear to be contributing potentially worthwhile thoughts.

5) Commit to challenging facts presented rather than each others character in the public forum.

Other thoughts from those interested in UBS/LOK?
