JLately, good points ... but I do have to say that I would not have expected that Looks court order would have been pursued if an agreement with BCE was apparent or imminent. IMO BCE is a dinosour which relied on barriers to entry for so long they can not become nimble ... they do know what their competitive advantage is/was and will do everything to maintain it.
