The smart move at this point is to let the suitors come to us ... there is absolutely no reason to hurry the process ... its like buying a car ... you need to turn down some deals first ... all negotiations will have non disclosure agreements so we will hear nothing until ....Boom .... those not in will never get a chance. l still tend to believe the best move to sell some for as much as you can get ... take advantage of the tax loss ... buy more and lease the pipeline to the deep pockets of a new player in the market that wants to shake things up.
