LOK.A -- Is it obvious, or is it just me?

I am betting that somebody selling through Desjardin is awaiting their interest payment on those debentures -- the date of record is tomorrow (Dec. 14), so does anyone know if the the interest payment (amount of LOK.A shares issued in lieu of cash) is based on the closing price tomorrow, or is it an average of previous closing prices? Anyways, someone using Desjardins for their trades has been nickle and diming LOK.A trying to keep the price lower than it should be, IMO. It will be interesting if the accumulating of LOK.A by the buyer through Desjardins resumes after the payment of interest owed is satisfied.
Somebody on the stockhouse board posted house positions since Nov. 29 today -- would anyone be able to see if they could do the same for bothe LOK and LOK.A? I believe there name was Abolduc or something like that. Thanks in advance.
