i would agree that would be the fastest .... and if the offer is right maybe the most lucrative ... I don't think bell/rogers though would be willing to offer what is "right" .... that said they will have to scarf up some amount ... and part of that deal will be the elimination of the lawsuit and IMO the ability to use the tax credits .... it will be a bitter pill for Bell/Rogers to have to pay a fair price for spectrum and still not be able to monoplize bell.... very sweet for UBS who can still be in competition and help anothe rcompany monopolize the monoploy they have had for decades. ... since the spectrum is the valuable commodity in short supply, i kinda see a huge benefit for example to partner up with a google on a long term leasing agreement for use of the spectrum ... certainly clauses and conditions can be introduced to protect access for google ... perhaps even lease to own if foreign restrictions ever come off and also provide a very solid secure revenue stream for ubs to continue fricking around with Bell.
