well worth the watch .... couldn't proceed with BCE because of lack of clarity from regulators .... felt it was in the best interest of Canada when foreign competition would be allowed.  2000 basis point opportunity in wireless .... growth especially in data .... very interesting.

 IMO ... lack of clarity is handcuffing those who wish to acquire spectrum.  Regulators must make things clear  before any meaningful movement in price will occur and  the future is very bright for those who can facilitate increased competition ... Spectrum is the vehicle to lower prices .

I like where this is heading!
