Since there is a legal dispute regarding inukshuk (and I'm not that familiar with that) which has both parties claiming at least parts of the spectrum ... Bell can seek a court injunction if indeed any of the losesspertain to that ....

based upon what i have read and that is only excerpts of a lot of material IMO the whole thing is a huge can of worms that UBS realizing the value of the spectrum has been protecting while Bell the bully is trying to take using time (knowing how long courts take to process anythin) and money ... hoping to kill UBS.

Most of what i post is conjecture only with only limited knowledge. Would welcome facts from others that would help to explain the matter and better answer the question.
