I do agree a potential scam is possible .... but so little is known for so many reasons ... when you look at the likes a a bell and rogers and there monopolostic approaches, use of courts etc ... there is no question of their desire to attack and diminish the potential of LOK/UBS ... and yes there had the fact there had been a past scam internally also provides a source of potential concern ....

Another simple fact is loose lips sink ships .... and smart people reveal as little as possible during negotiations publicly ... breaking off a negotiation doesnt in itself mean you are not negotiating ... it can be a ploy or it can be a true break

<> we dont need cryptic messages riddles or those who fancy themselves as grandiose and in the know, obfuscation is also of little use ... we do however need every rational thought process, scrap of real verifiable information and of course as many opinions along with constructive challenging of opinions (not personal attacks on each other).

<>any insider posting on any BB walks a tightrope of potential danger and my thoughts is there is not likely to be any that desperate to takle a chance.
