I've heard the "break fee" is still valid for RMB and Gold Mining Inc.. Is so, an entity could conceivably step in and make a better offer.

Remember, Gold Mining's deal with RMB doesn't cover the whole debt (thanks Dr. Black) owed by Tyhee!
