Those I contacted had already been contacted by Red Cloud. But,I didn't get the idea that happened recently. One CEO, after I explained what was going on, said, "I'll get the ball rolling today." 

Red Cloud said they contacted about a hundred companies for Tyhee resulting in several bids. This makes me question why Red Cloud failed. Were they inept in how they presented Tyhee?

Hey! We're talking about a company in Canada with a SRK feasibility study and over a million ounces of reserves! 

I think it was Shizu who said this deal with Gold Mining is "fishy". I agree. And, I'm sure or I hope  those who would still want Tyhee have recognized a missed golden opportunity and rush in to make a better offer than the one the court is about to rule on.
