I'm amazed at the figures you discussed in your letter, and gratified that you think we should seek counsel. 

I'm in accord with you on the idea of finding a prominent Class Action law firm, most preferably one whose practice is confined to Canada, with a background in corporate matters.

I too feel we have been irreparably harmed, cheated perhaps is more appropriate, by Tyhee's actions spurred on by principals and powerful associates, knowingly or unknowingly, who were only interested in lining their pockets. 

I’m not an attorney, like you, but I would like to know how much in shareholder dollars were lost and if it would incentivize a law firm to take up our banner. (I think they would need to know upfront how much of a retainer is possible for them if they won the case.)

If indeed, as you say, there was $62 million in assets, how much is liquid I wonder?

Too many unanswered questions. We need answers, do you agree?
