My reservations about launching a class action are:

1. Any law suit might dissuade a new entity from NOW investing in Tyhee.

On the other hand, the Gold Mining folks might not care at this point since they stand to make a killing.

Or, like what happened with Tyhee and Santa Fe, they might back out of the deal and pay the break fee? Especially if shareholders go after them and Red Cloud too. 

2. Who can we most pin the blame on?

My sense from talking to a lot of shareholders and those close to the company is that the most commonly named culprit is Dr. Black. I can think of others.

Let's see whether a new much better offer come in.
