From my point of view, as well as those close to the company, a deal that would fulfill some of Tyhee's historic goals (remember Santa Fe) of funding the Yellowknife Gold Project with the revenue of a producing or near-producing gold mine, makes a Tyhee-Sutter operation something worth achieving. RMB would benefit as well.

Alternatively, a deal that would involve only Tyhee, I'd expect would be less advantageous to us shareholders. 

Hence, we're facing at least two different possible outcomes. Add the Canadian version of Chapter 11, and there are at least three possibilities.
