Less was accomplished than hoped for during the holidays. Lawyers left town, others were either in bed, underground, or on a beach. (I'm guilty of at least two).

Nevertheless, the delay was a good thing as tweaking has been extended into the new year amidst rising gold prices. This when the number of entities that have already made binding bids gives Tyhee some possible leverage in a competitive situation.

Meanwhile there are other parties wanting in. So, this delay may allow them the time they need to enter their bids. Bids which could possibly trump those already in house. 

All the while RMB remains supportive while Red Cloud, in charge, continues to drive the process to a definite conclusion,i.e. an agreement, this month. Perhaps, that could happen as early as next week. Wouldn't that be something?
