Dear Bob, 

It's easy to understand why you feel Tyhee has a "blackout" with shareholders. But, at the same time, I am not sympathetic with your sentiments.

Here's why. 

Tyhee cannot Press Release anything not considered by the exchange to be "MATERIAL". In other words, they can't publish what's really going on behind the scenes until events have a significant impact on the company. But, what they can do is what Greg Taylor has and continues to do, inform us shareholders about progress being made, or not.... Email him! He's generally prompt and candid in his replies. You won't find Greg blacked out. He's often quite enlightening.

Moreover, from my personal experiences over the last ten years, Tyhee management has been incredibly available to me and other shareholders who have made a little effort to contact them. 

Well, enough said. 

But now, to use your word, there is a kind of "blackout", as there should be. 

This, Bob, is what is known as a GOOD THING! 

(And, you know what I'm talking about.)
