Sutter is in terrible financial shape. I don't think its in anyone's interest to buy Sutter with their current liabilities and the capital required to get the mine going. There are MANY other options that have no debt and better assets with potential that will be looked at first.

RMB is looking to get out of their debt and shares so here come the vultures
