Maybe...It's my understand that US rules are much different from the Canadian. A creditor protection process could be undertaken but it's usually a plan of last resort and to be successful it needs someone to finance the process and settlement pieces. For Santa Fe, it was Waterton. (I think RMB expects more from Tyhee.)
