Most is owed to RMB. (Sorry I can't give more details). ...My sense of the amount of time Tyhee has in order to close a deal is determined by RMB with respect to its internal timelines. That, and in combination with any reasonable offers that may soon materialize should bring this process to an end this summer. Tyhee has financiers now wanting to fund the YGP. No need to wait another year. ( I estimate there are at least a dozen or so.)
