My take on the Tyhee sale timeline is that it's mostly driven by Chad Williams at Red Cloud and patiently urged on by RMB with internal timelines of its own, having gone soo long, perhaps too long, without closure. Seems to me, now's a pretty good environment for a bidding "war" by those interested groups that should be aware of each other.
