Today's the day RMB's loan to Tyhee matures. Will RMB foreclose if repayment doesn't show? Probably not. If they did, I believe it would be a first for them. Rather, I think they'd prefer not to see it's distressed debter junior disintergrate if there's a decent chance it eventually could be revived. And revival, I believe, is in the cards.
