VANCOUVER, British Columbia (October 26, 2015) – Tyhee Gold Corp. (TSX Venture Exchange: TDC) (the “Company” or “Tyhee”) reports that, in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange Policy 2.5, Tyhee Gold Corp. has not maintained the requirements for a TSX Venture Exchange Tier 2 company. Therefore, effective at the opening on Thursday, Oct. 22, 2015, the Company's listing was transferred to the NEX, the Company's tier classification was changed from Tier 2 to the NEX, and the filing and service office was changed from Vancouver to the NEX.

As of Oct. 22, 2015, the Company became subject to restrictions on share issuances and certain types of payments as set out in the NEX policies.

The trading symbol for the company was changed from TDC to TDC.H. There is no change in the Company's name, no change in its Cusip number and no consolidation of capital. The symbol extension differentiates NEX symbols from Tier 1 or Tier 2 symbols within the TSX Venture Exchange.

Further to the exchange bulletins dated June 4, 2015, and June 19, 2015, trading in the shares of the Company will remain suspended.

Members are prohibited from trading in the securities of the Company during the period of the suspension or until further notice.

Meanwhile, Tyhee continues to be actively engaged with a variety of international investment groups, which have expressed an interest in providing the capital required to support the Company.
