Today's the deadline date for Tyhee to pay its debt to RMB. It is my understanding that it'll take another 45 days for RMB to foreclose, if they chooses to. But would they? If Tyhee's a nugget away from getting the millions it needs to buy Sutter? There are deals now in play. So hurry up Tyhee and I hope there's not another interested competing investor with ready cash able to buy Sutter now. Wouldn't that be something!
