Gary Savage might almost agree on a Fall 2016 gold launch in so far as his prediction for gold's 8 year cycle low extends from this Summer/Fall to Spring 2016. Perhaps even more telling will be when the miners begin their move higher, as their launch preceded gold's by several months around 2000. So, if history repeats, the miners will presage and herald the renewed gold bull market.
