Call me crazy, but looking at the $USD chart, it seems to be indicating that, perhaps, once the TPP passes, the fat lady will be singing.... and the big move in gold will begin. Perhaps this SRSrocco report is on to something.

To see what could happen to the US Dollar in an environment like that we might want to look at the charts for the Argentine peso between 2001 and 2003, and the Brazilian Real between December 1998 and February 1999.
