Even though Dr. Black has obvious accusers, I will leave it to the courts to decide the truth. As for his personal plans, I obviously can’t speak for him..........................
As far as I know, Dr. Black remains Tyhee’s largest shareholder and his interests in our success should be obvious...............................
I could never say that I “know” what impact his legal issues have on our financing efforts, as I’ve not heard of ANYONE (except, of course, for the highly knowledgeable members of AGORACOM) who has said that their reason for not investing in the Company was the publicity around Dr. Black. Equally, I don’t know that this has NOT been a factor. That said, I remain convinced that our financing challenges have FAR MORE to do with the incredibly disasterous state of the commodity markets than anything else. (Do you, for one, believe that IF Dr. Black were to resign, then we would suddenly be funded?)........................................
Regardless, as you’re aware, we are still working with a few groups who have expressed what appears to be very serious interest in coming up with the funding that will allow us to move forward with Sutter and, perhaps, even to thrive. Unfortunately, such talk remains useless unless and until the money hits the bank, at which time you’ll hear from us. Meanwhile, I can assure you that I remain as frustrated as you.
