With respect hansix, that information is not material because Tyhee's business strategy has not been significantly altered or modified with Briggs' appointment for Fairplay. As I understand it, both company's and junior mining companies and thus Briggs should have enough time to commit to running both. If one company were an operating company, this might be a different story as the skillset and level of committment would be significantly different.
