FYI vacation pay in the industries I talked about is usually 8-10% of annual pay, which is usually about the amount of time some people in some jobs (unionized, construction, etc.) get off per year. (I know, not everybody, not everywhere, don't want to get into that picky stuff which is where we usually end up, missing the point.) Forgot to mention that before.
