(From a Sutter insider)... They're expecting to publish an updated PEA next month because it was requested by the exchange. Thankfully, their permits are secure and well cared for by David Cochran, Sutter's environmental guy. Other companies have shown interest in buying Sutter. But, although it wasn't said, I got the sense that Tyhee is the one they want to take over. Perhaps, most importantly, RMB wants to keep Sutter going and shows no sign of pulling the plug.
