Guilty Before Proven Innocent.

Hans may be guilty or he may be innocent, but an unblemished appearance is paramount for a Tyhee Director. Perhaps, it's time for him to step down?....Ironically, however, without Dr. Black's support (perhaps accounting for as much as 40% ownership of its shares) Tyhee would have long before now been in cold storage/care and maintence with little promise of digging itself out of the worst Gold Equity market in history. One shared by nearly SIX HUNDRED of its peers heading towards bankruptcy. So, to be fair, there's real promise for Tyhee's success because of Hans Black. Now, however, he may be a liability to the company unless he can clear his name. I think we'll see how this all pans out by next month. Wasn't it S.J. Pearlman who said, "April is the cruelest month"?
