Hammer, I do not know if a "somewhat" higher Sutter share price will make it more difficult for Tyhee to buy Sutter, but I don't think so...But, if their shares were priced at a level where its market cap were say high enough for them to do a private placement to raise $40m, well heck, they wouldn't need Tyhee's money, just its management!
