Tyhee has completed the first tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement, pursuant to which the Company has issued a total of 7,750,000 Shares and 7,750,000 Warrants for gross proceeds to the Company of CAD$465,000. Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional Share at an exercise price of CAD$0.10 per Share for a period of two years from issuance."
