It's my understanding that broke Canadian precious metal juniors ( and there are, or should be a ton of them by now) have the option to make a plea to the exchange in order to avoid "problems". I don't however know of any companies that have done this. Let's hope Tyhee doesn't have to. But, be aware that this option is known to Tyhee management. And, I truely believe they don't consider it's something they'll have to do.
